Discussing the community's projects with an objective of determining best practices to reach full capacity for community-led large-scale projects. This has included asking for direction on potential funding opportunities that are available.

Support planned housing developments in the Metro Vancouver Area through Build Canada Homes and GC Wood applications and related discussions.

Support Misipawistik Cree Nation in pursuing financial support in order to develop critical infrastructure on reserve supporting education, housing, and community spaces. Current policies and funding programs include but are not limited to "Green and Inclusive Community Buildings Program" and "Jordan's Principle."

The Nelson Project is seeking to raise awareness of men's mental health issues. They are pursuing funds for operations and a Relationship Centre by discussing the gap in services available to at-risk men in the Yukon and across Canada, and the lack of clear funding programs.

Advocating for increased spending to support on-reserve social services, infrastructure, and economic development opportunities.

Engage with government in support of critical infrastructure on-reserve, such as educational and community facilities. Specifically in regard to Bill C-5, One Canadian Economy, and potential funding opportunities related to infrastructure, such as Green and Inclusive Community Buildings and First Nation Infrastructure Fund. In particular, aiming to secure commitments and action plans on key priorities, including Treaty Land Entitlement and Annuity Settlements, improved public safety and emergency management, with a focus on wildfire response.
