To raise awareness with government officials with respect to the Company's development plans for new mining projects in Nunavut, including employment and training, opportunities and benefits for Inuit people and communities, the Company’s consultation and environmental management programs, and additional environmental sustainability opportunities in line with government and Inuit priorities and policies. To raise awareness with government officials with respect to the Company's development plans for mining projects in Ontario and Quebec, including employment and training, opportunities and benefits for Indigenous peoples and local communities, and the Company’s consultation and environmental management programs. To raise awareness with government officials and departments on the need for major infrastructure investment in the Arctic, including high speed internet infrastructure in Nunavut to support industry and community needs and enhance opportunities and economic linkages. To engage and raise awareness with government officials and departments on the need for clean energy infrastructure development in the Kivalliq and Kitikmeot regions of Nunavut. Energy alternatives will significantly reduce the need to rely 100% on diesel generation as the only source of energy in these areas, significantly reducing GHG emissions and improving economic development opportunity for communities and industry.

Conducting outreach to the relevant stakeholders regarding economic development and employment programs that could help facilitate and advance the client's mining activities in Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario.

Ensuring Bill C-64, the National Pharmacare Act, meets the needs of Canadians living with type 1 diabetes by having adequate insulin and diabetes devices coverage, while respecting patient choice. Seek an increase funding for the Canadian Clinical Trial Network to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). Ongoing conversation with Health Minister's Office regarding JDRF-CIHR Partnership to Defeat Diabetes renewal funding. Meeting with Juvenile Diabetes Caucus Co-Chairs to discuss strategies and tactics to move JDRF Canada Pre-Budget Submission priorities forward including additional funding for research towards a cure for type 1 diabetes Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and the Strategy for Patient-Orientated Research (SPOR) Discussions with CIHR and SPOR Network about collaboration towards the creation of a type 1 diabètes registry

promote innovations in medical technologies (equipment, services and digital solutions) that support better care for more people across Canada. This includes mobile and virtual solutions which can improve access to care in rural and remote regions of the country, while reducing costs and environmental impacts.

Correspondence with Ministers including those responsible for regional economic development agencies with respect to programs, grant, and contribution programs for community-based organizations as it relates to employment. Discussing housing policies and the need to include Safe Houses, and emergency shelter in future government housing policies. Ongoing communication with Public Safety Canada, Health Canada, PHAC and Indigenous Services Canada in regard to The Salvation Army's emergency and disaster response services across the country with respect to the development and enhancement of a humanitarian workforce. Requesting consideration for ongoing support of the Civilian workforce and matching grants to public donations for disaster relief. Lobbying on behalf of Thrift Stores, and the environmental impact as well as social support to Canada and Canadians. Providing information and seeking financial assistance to institute a technological innovation for receipting donations to thrift store donors. Communication with CMHC officials about loan and contribution agreements under the National Housing Co-Investment Fund, Build Canada Homes and Rapid Housing Initiative. Communication with CBSA regarding ongoing support and the relationship with our Correctional Services that provide programs, and shelter for inmates leaving incarceration and transitioning into community through our halfway houses, programs and services Advocating for support of individuals who are seeking support from The Salvation Army as a result of experiencing gender-based violence. Advocating for financial support for individuals and families facing poverty, homeless and food insecurity.
