Strengthening and enacting federal regulations on greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impacts from the oil and gas sector and other economic sectors. Federal budget and spending – providing resources for climate and environmental initiatives, including clean energy; aligning federal spending with climate objectives. Input on the Canada Water Agency and building Federal collaboration with the Experimental Lakes Area.

Meetings with government officials and representatives on closing the early commercialization gap to improve the financial viability of early hydrogen freight projects and accelerate market adoption; and streamlining approvals and regulatory alignment for hydrogen freight deployment. Meetings with government officials and representatives on strengthen clean hydrogen tax incentives for transportation with clear eligibility for heavy-duty transportation, refueling infrastructure, and downstream hydrogen applications. Meetings with government officials and representatives on creating a dedicated hydrogen freight infrastructure funding stream.

Seeking federal partnership in social impact investment opportunities involving indigenous communities in Canada Federal Government policies impacting social impact investment models between the federal government and the private sector.
