Proposals include Buy Canadian requirements, minimum domestic content standards, and mandatory disclosure of country of melt and pour. CISC is seeking trade enforcement measures to protect domestic industry. Priorities include combating steel dumping, aligning Canadian tariffs with U.S. measures, and closing circumvention loopholes.
