Commenting on the proposed investment tax credit of up to 30% for investments in clean technologies. Commenting on Canada’s position with respect to US Inflation Reduction Act’s transferable credits and OECD pillar 2 treatment. Arranging meetings and attending meetings to learn about the security-related impacts of Bill C-26 (An Act respecting cyber security, amending the Telecommunications Act and making consequential amendments to other Acts, 44-1) as it relates to BHE Canada transmission assets.
