Funding for technology development, Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) projects, small modular reactors (SMR), clean technology, clean hydrogen, and other decarbonization projects through the Clean Energy Fund, investment tax credit policy, and all other applicable funding sources and mechanisms.
