To seek repeal or amendment of the Oil Tanker Moratorium Act to remove the prohibition on vessels carrying >12,500 metric tons of crude or persistent oil in bulk along British Columbias northern coast, enabling safe oil-tanker traffic for energy export and economic development while upholding marine safety standards.
