Communicating with government officials about the Impact Assessment Act (S.C. 2019, c. 28, s. 1), including (i) proposed and existing co-operation agreements with provincial, territorial and Indigenous governments, (ii) Indigenous consultations and (iii) regulatory approvals and permits. Communicating with government officials about the Building Canada Act (S.C. 2025, c. 2, s. 4), which was enacted by Bill C-5 in 2025, more specifically those sections related to (i) Indigenous consultations and (ii) regulatory approvals and permits. Communicating with the government officials about the Major Projects Office (MPO), including Indigenous participation in proposed projects. Communicating with government officials about government financing (including contributions, loans and loan guarantees) for the First Nations Major Project Coalition Society and its members, including, but not limited to funding from the Indigenous Loan Guarantee Program.
