Introduction of a federal Career Extension Tax Credit allowing Canadians aged 60 and older to earn up to $65,000 in total income before the credit begins phasing out at 15 cents per dollar above that threshold. Inform the Federal Government of the need for the Temporary Foreign Worker Program for the 78,000 franchised small business owners across Canada, ensuring they have the workers necessary to operate their businesses effectively and support the growth of the local, provincial, and national economy. Increase the Small Business Deduction Threshold from its current level of $500,000 to between $650,000 and $750,000 Implementation of the enabling regulation for the changes to the Canada Small Business Finance Program (CSBFP) Allow RRSP withdrawals for the purchase of a new or existing business.
