Working with the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw to address and gain access to funding for housing and infrastructure concerns in their home community through Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada, as well as other related government entities. Working in support of the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw Nation (GNN) in helping them reach their Reconciliation and Treaty goals. Salmon Aquaculture: supporting KEDC in convincing DFO and the Government of Canada at large to allow Indigenous people to continue responsibly farming salmon on the Pacific coast

Opaskwayak Cree Nation

Working with the client to expedite the process of resolving the shortfall in agricultural benefits promised to the Opaskwayak Cree Nation under Treaty 5. Federal assistance with the purchase and development of an Indigenous eco-tourism business. Expansion of the community's health centre. Development and funding of a land-based addictions and mental health treatment centre. Amendments to Opaskwayak's 10-year grant under the New Fiscal Relationship framework.

Working with Mattagami First Nation to address and gain access to funding for housing, schools and infrastructure concerns in their home community through Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada, as well as other related government entities. Working with Mattagami First Nation to expedite the Additions to Reserve (ATR) process.

Tataskweyak Cree Nation

Supporting the client in seeking funding and government support to strengthen community policing services, public safety, and culturally informed policing initiatives. Seeking government apology/redress for irregularities concerning the adhesion of the First Nation to Treaty No. 5. Discuss federal role in regulating/restoring sturgeon habitat that has been damaged by Manitoba Hydro, operating under a federal license. Negotiation towards a Treaty Land Entitlement settlement Federal funding to enable the development of hard infrastructure (e.g. water, sewer) necessary to develop housing and community facilities. Seeking funding for the construction of new schools to aid the growing population and cultivate the education needs of the community.
