Working with the client to expedite the process of resolving the shortfall in agricultural benefits promised to the Opaskwayak Cree Nation under Treaty 5. Federal assistance with the purchase and development of an Indigenous eco-tourism business. Expansion of the community's health centre. Development and funding of a land-based addictions and mental health treatment centre. Amendments to Opaskwayak's 10-year grant under the New Fiscal Relationship framework.

Negotiation towards a Treaty Land Entitlement settlement Federal funding to enable the development of hard infrastructure (e.g. water, sewer) necessary to develop housing and community facilities.
