Working with the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw to seek support from the Government of Canada for the acquisition of timber leases in their traditional territory and associated infrastructure. Working w/ the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw to address housing and infrastructure concerns in their home community. Working in support of the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw Nation (GNN) in helping them reach their Reconciliation and Treaty goals. Salmon Aquaculture: supporting KEDC in convincing DFO and the Government of Canada at large to allow Indigenous people to continue responsibly farming salmon on the Pacific coast.

Working with client to acquire inshore fishing licenses outside of the 3PS area consistent with rights afforded to other provinces including the removal of the homeport and residency requirements that do not apply in other DFO regions or to non-Indigenous fishers.
