Actua is Canada's largest science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills training organization focused on the engagement of underrepresented youth. The organization is advocating for investments in STEM, including AI literacy and skills development, to strengthen Canada's talent pipeline and prepare the future workforce. Safe Social Media Act - discussions regarding the newly tabled Bill C-34 CanCode Program - Actua is advocating for the renewal of CanCode. Strategic Science Fund - Actua is advocating for continued, longterm investment in SSF.

Reforms to Correctional Service of Canada and the federal government to better support Correctional Program Officers. This includes ensuring staffing levels and workloads allow programs to be delivered effectively; improving training, mentorship, and career development opportunities; and, strengthening mental health and wellness supports for these employees. Refocusing Government Spending Initiative - advocacy to exclude cuts to the RCMP and other public safety federal departments and agencies Increased number of federal parole officers working in the community and in institutions Amendments to the Government Employees' Compensation Act (GECA) including: Proactive, inclusive legislation that recognizes the difficult work undertaken by thousands of federal public service employees working under the auspices of Public Safety, Justice and the Attorney General; A new compensation framework for federal employees that provides the same equitable and inclusive coverage no matter where the employee works in Canada; and Modify the definitions in GECA so that provinces and territories will be required to include all federal employees under presumptive injury legislation.
