To advance policy and regulatory considerations related to prepaid as a method of disbursement of government funding to citizens. To respond to any potential amendments to Canada’s Prepaid Payment Products Regulations, Canada's Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Regime and its Regulations, and to inform the development of regulations required to support the implementation of the Retail Payments Oversight Framework and the development of Canada’s Open Banking system. To advance policy and regulatory considerations related to Canada’s prepaid payment card market with respect to Financial Literacy, Consumer Protection, Open Banking and the Retail Payments Oversight Framework, and security and anti-money laundering. Legislation related to the prepaid payments industry in Canada, including the Canadian Payments Act, and upcoming legislation to enable the Retail Payments Oversight Framework and the development of Canada’s Open Banking system

Working with the Canada Revenue Agency through the Income Tax Act to maintain operations between Intuit taxation software (QuickBooks) and government departments/agencies. The Government of Canada's digital service delivery, with respect to opportunities for innovation and collaborative partnership Government programs and policies relating to small business and digital adoption Government programs and policies relating to small business digital innovation, with respect to opportunities for innovation and collaboration with QuickBooks and Mailchimp. Government programs and policies impacting consumer finance, credit scores, with respect to Credit Karma. Government policies and programs relating to ePayroll. Government consultations and policies relating to payment system regulation, including small business use of new technologies Canada's Revenue Agency's tax filing services with respect to providing tax preparation service delivery to low and fixed income Canadians.

Engage the Government of Canada on policies related to the administration of mortgages and related issues. Engage the Government of Canada on issues related to regulated payment systems.

Engage the Government of Canada on financial services and payments policies, including as it relates to consumer-driven banking, payments modernization, digital payments, and anti-money laundering.

To engage government and federal regulators on the development and implementation of Real-Time Rail (RTR) by Payments Canada as well as the expansion of Payments Canada’s membership to include payment service providers. To engage government and federal regulators on the development and implementation of Canada’s consumer-driven banking framework, including the core framework elements. To advocate for the development of a national strategy to support the growth of Canada’s Web3 economy and digital assets. To engage federal financial sector regulators with respect to the supervision of crypto assets under Canada’s anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations.
