Capstone Infrastructure

Supporting Capstone’s engagement and advocacy on legislative development exercises including development of Investment Tax Credits and the Excessive Interest and Financing Expenses Limitation (EIFEL) rules. Providing feedback to government concerning electricity and climate policy.

Capstone is communicating with relevant public officer holders in respect of the Memorandum of Understanding dated November 27, 2025 between Canada and Alberta (the “MOU”) and the Implementation Agreement dated May 15, 2026, which sets out the framework to implement the MOU.

Carbon Offset Markets Capstone will engage the Government of Canada on policies governing carbon markets, offset credit integrity, and federal-provincial alignment to ensure stable, transparent, and investable frameworks for renewable and low-carbon energy projects.
