QV Studio is seeking a long-term federal funding recapitalization to build a long-term venture studio platform advancing dual-use quantum and AI technologies for defence and national infrastructure. Its lobbying focus is on recapitalization through DND’s Innovation for Defence Excellence and Security program and the BOREALIS initiative, aligning with Canada’s priority to translate public Research and Development into Canadian-owned, globally competitive companies.
