Marine Conservation, Routing & Noise - Engagement on marine conservation measures and operational policies under the Canada Shipping Act, Oceans Act, and Species at Risk Act (SARA). Including Southern Resident Killer Whale protection, underwater noise reduction, discussions surrounding the ECHO framework, evidence-based vessel routing and speed considerations, exclusion zones, and transit-lane shifts. Fisheries Act: pertaining to regulations for prevention of pollution from ships and as it relates to pollution prevention in the Canada Shipping Act Pilotage Authority Regulations governed under the Canada Marine Act and the Pilotage Act and its authorities – ensure fairness in fee structure Regulations for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships and for Dangerous Chemicals – with respect to all proposed amendments, more specifically regarding food waste and waste water. Seeking confirmation from the Government of Canada that crew work permits are not required on vessels involved in international itineraries and home porting in Canadian ports Marine Transportation Security Clearance Program (MTSCP) – regarding security clearance procedures to ensure program and personnel meet cruise ship needs for port activities. Canada Border Services Agency – long range planning policies regarding access of passengers and crews at ports and airports to ensure efficiencies in processing of passengers Canada Oceans Act: pertaining to regulations for prevention of pollution from ships and as it relates to pollution prevention in the Canada Shipping Act Marine Transportation Security Regulations – with respect to review of all proposed amendments

National Airports Policy as it relates to Toronto Pearson International Airport, including governance, ground lease arrangements, capital funding access, and airport development within the Greater Toronto Area. Engagement on planning for FIFA related to tourism, economic development, and opportunities to pilot programs at Toronto Pearson to improve passenger experience. Airport infrastructure development at Toronto Pearson International Airport, including planning, construction, zoning, and regulatory approvals related to major airport projects. Proposal related to the implementation of Arrivals Duty Free to permit the sale of duty free goods at Canadian airports to international travellers upon arrival. Aviation security policy as it applies to Toronto Pearson International Airport, including national security responsibilities and implementation of aviation security measures. International air policy and international relations affecting Toronto Pearson International Airport, including liberalization of air services and bilateral air service agreements. Border enforcement and customs policies as they relate to Toronto Pearson International Airport, including passenger facilitation, digital border processing, data sharing, and related regulatory measures to improve passenger experience.
