To advise the Client with respect to legal submissions made to the Government of Canada related to the Special Economic Measures Act (S.C. 1992, c. 17) (SEMA) and where appropriate to assist the Client to have legal submissions made by the Client related to SEMA brought to the attention of the Minister and others in a timely and effective way.
