Nieuport Aviation is providing updates to the Federal government on the US customs facility that is being built at the terminal at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. The land lease that expires in 2033 is also being discussed. Nieuport owns and operates the Billy Bishop terminal and has a unique role in aviation.
