Proposal to create a digital map to promote Canadian stories Canadian Geographic pursuing contribution for an initiative being carried out to bring the James Cameron submersible to Canada as a museum presentation. Canadian Geographic has created a learning module package to commemorate the upcoming coronation.

Seeking support for the development and construction of a Metis Nation Parliament and education centre at Batoche, Saskatchewan. Seeking funding from Parks Canada/Infrastructure Canada for a Metis Government Centre in Batoche. Seeking funding from Canadian Heritage for Michif language development in primary schools and childcare. Climate Change initiatives including plan for reducing Métis carbon footprint at home and in the community. Also work on water as a source of carbon capture through muskeg and other land/water masses. Funding sources include EEEC and NRCAN for carbon capture development plans.

Amendments to the Copyright Act - To bring the Copyright Act in line with advances in technology and current international standards and provide fair and predictable rules for copyright in the digital environment. Amendments to the Broadcasting Act - to ensure that the Broadcasting Act protects and supports Canadian music creators and their works in the digital environment.
