Support the meaningful participation of Inuit and Inuit Development Corporations in emerging and existing research and development and science programs related to Arctic and Northern security and defence, including enabling infrastructure and environmental sustainability. Support the meaningful participation of Inuit and Inuit Development Corporations in emerging and existing programs related to Arctic and Northern defence and security, including NORAD Modernization and Continental and Arctic Defence, including special purpose, dual-use and community infrastructure. Advocacy for opportunities for funding to support Inuit participation in business development opportunities that support Arctic and Northern security and defence and dual-use infrastructure Advocacy for new or improved federal policies and programs related to Arctic and Northern security and defence infrastructure and dual-use infrastructure, that support business development of Inuit Development Corporations, including with respect to revision of Federal Government Procurement policies for Indigenous businesses
