Security and facilitation issues including those related to border controls and quarantines, the electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) program and system outages Regulatory provisions under the Canadian Aviation Regulations that govern the day to day operations of airlines Regulatory modernization initiatives as they may impact the aviation industry in areas such as clean technology, digitalization and technology neutral regulations, and international standards Environmental issues including action plans and other measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions Competitiveness of the sector with respect to reducing level of federal fees and taxes applied to the aviation industry including the excise tax on jet fuel, airport ground rent payments, navigational fees, security charges Adaptation of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR) and the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR)
