Support the ability of Canadian civil society organizations to effectively contribute to development and aid programs across the Global South, and work collaboratively with international and local partners. Ensure the government maintains a strong commitment, through its policies, programs and relevant agencies, to supporting foundational education and literacy programs across the Global South.
