RESCON has been involved in the commissioning of a report to evaluate Toronto's parking requirements by the RCCAO. The report was released on June 13th and RESCON will be joining RCCAO at some meetings with City officials on the report's recommendations.

Discussions with the City of Toronto - Water Division regarding Groundwater Discharge including both 1. Transition Provision and 2. Long-Term Policy Solution.

Working with City officials to ensure the ongoing health & safety of construction workers on site during COVID-19, including through vaccinations, mitigation practices.

The procurement process related to the evaluation of the RFP on the End to End Review of the Development Review Process (No. 9101-17-7335). The RFP has now been closed and awarded to KPMG.

Discussions with City staff (MLS) regarding possible changes to the Noise Bylaw.

Speaking with City officials about opportunities to improve and streamline the current development approvals system.

The Residential Construction Council of Ontario (RESCON) will be discussing proposed lane-way restrictions for construction projects with City Officals.
