The Residential Construction Council of Ontario (RESCON) has been working with the Canadian Centre for Economic Analysis to examine the factors influencing the housing market. RESCON is seeking the City of Toronto's support in Phase 2 of this research.

Discussions with City staff regarding mid-rise buildings, including wood-frame construction, safety provisions and performance standards.

The Residential Construction Council of Ontario (RESCON) will be discussing proposed lane-way restrictions for construction projects with City Officals.

Discussions with City staff (MLS) regarding possible changes to the Noise Bylaw.

Promoting Affordable Housing Opportunities through partnerships with private residential building industry.
