The Free and Secure Trade (FAST) program - interested in measures to expedite legitimate trade across the Canada-U.S. border. (Canada Border Services Agency) Restrictions on transportation of whole goods and parts between U.S. and Canada. Partners in Protection (PIP) Program - interested in measures regarding border security which may affect legitimate trade across the Canada-U.S. border. (Canada Border Services Agency) Excise Tax Act (Canada), respecting section 179 and the GST/HST treatment of cross-border drop-shipment transactions. Engine Emission Regulations (off-road) - interested in regulation relating to engine standards including exhaust emission standards for engines used in off-road applications.
