Communicating with government officials about potential collaboration between (i) the company, (ii) the federal government and (iii) Indigenous communities (including the Pasqua First Nation) and corporations (including Apeiron Resources Ltd.) on clean technology manufacturing, such as Zero Voltage Switching ("ZVS") grid-tied power inverters. The goal of these communications is to secure agreements, contracts and/or memoranda of understanding. Communicating with government officials about government funding for clean technology manufacturing initiatives, including via (i) the Strategic Response Fund ("SRF"), formerly known as the Strategic Innovation Fund ("SIF"), and (ii) the Clean Technology Manufacturing ("CTM") Investment Tax Credit. Communicating with government officials, in general, about clean technology manufacturing, including as it relates to high-efficiency power conversion systems for AI data centres, energy storage, remote microgrids and critical infrastructure.
