Representations are intended to promote Bell's interests in relation to the Agreement between the European Union and Canada concerning participation under the SAFE Instrument (Security Action for Europe) through the Reinforcement of the European Defence Industry. Monitoring provided to ensure compliance with the provisions and regulations of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union, particularly those concerning access to public procurement markets in member countries. Representations aimed at encouraging the purchase and/or lease of Bell helicopters and their associated services and support by the Government of Canada. Representations to the Government of Canada aimed at obtaining funding for the development and commercialization of new Bell helicopters or for carrying out research and development programs. Representations to offer the Government of Canada a Canadian solution for the procurement of helicopters manufactured in Canada to assist military forces as well as public services worldwide in support of humanitarian and rescue operations for civilian populations.
