1Support for hydrogen research and development capabilities in Canada through the Strategic Innovation Fund I will be pursuing various department and agencies to adopt hydrogen and CCS incentives and financial supports including the Strategic Innovation Fund, Clean Hydrogen Investment Tax Credit, Contracts for Difference, and carbon credits under the Clean Fuel Regulations. On behalf of the client, I will be advocating to various departments and agencies with respect to legislation and regulations that impact the development of clean hydrogen production and carbon capture and storage (CCS) with a focus on Bill C-59 (e.g. CCUS-ITC), Clean Hydrogen Investment Tax Credit and the Clean Fuel Regulations.
