The client is seeking to win contracts related to the engineering and design aspects of defence infrastructure across Canada, but with particular reference to NORAD modernization.

Design details of the housing development policies including Buy Canadian procurement policies as applicable both to defence procurement and housing-development stimulation policies e.g. eligibility criteria for products, projects, companies, implementation process, alignment with Canada's new industrial development and domestic supply chain development policies, and/or via the federal government's contracting for development proposals Design details of policies and programs to support international trade growth and export market diversification e.g. focuses and eligibility criteria for industries, companies and products, implementation and selection processes, alignment with Canada's new industrial development and domestic supply chain development policies, including within such grant programs as CanExport US-Canada Trade Relations: Canada-US-Mexico Trade Agreement (CUSMA) and US-imposed Steel/Aluminium Tariffs, associated Canadian retaliation and related industry relief programs (for example the Regional Tariff Response Initiative, and the Strategic Response Fund)

Advocacy in support of Nihtat Gwich'in Council around the construction of major projects in the North West Territories including the Polar Over the Horizon Radar and potentially related development.
