Discussing partnership models that maximize the retention of advanced intellectual property and technological leadership within Canada. Advancing procurement opportunities with the Government of Canada for aircraft related services. Seeking dialogue regarding policy frameworks that best support the transition of Canadian-led aerospace R&D from prototype to full-scale industrial application.

I am being retained to understand new processes and support for approvals of export permits for dual use goods as a result of Canada's new Defence Industrial Strategy (DIS) including Trade Commissioner Services support to facilitate export opportunities for companies abroad at Global Affairs Canada and furthermore to understand the changes occurring in the Government's procurement processes at National Defence, ISED and Federal Economic Development to enable Small Medium Businesses to compete for procurement opportunities to support Canada's objectives to protect its sovereignty and economic independence.
