Funding for the operations of the National Adaptation Planning Global Network, which works with developing countries to advance adaptation planning and action to combat and mitigate climate change. Funding for the International Institute for Sustainable Development Experimental Lakes Area. The funding would support database maintenance, scientific research on climate change, plastics and pharmaceuticals, the creation of a new public engagement center, and the installation of solar power to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 330,000 kg/year at the Experimental Lakes Area.
