Increase investments and support to address colleges infrastructure needs to increase Canadas training space and access in key high-demand fields that align with federal priority areas. Enable post-secondary institutions to obtain grants and loans to develop student housing projects, with additional supports for housing that supports students from vulnerable populations. Ensure Canadas colleges and institutes have the necessary federal support to provide high-quality training for future healthcare professionals. Ensure the specific needs of institutions, including French institutions and those in minority linguistic communities, are taken into account when federal policies and programs are designed and delivered.

To continue with indigenous monitoring in terrestrial space, and to continue engaging 129 Indigenous Communities as it relates to socio-economic impacts. The client is looking to gain a better understanding of the government's Industrial Technological Benefits program, and how their organization could qualify. The client is interested in understanding how their organization could work within the Government's 5% indigenous participation targets for government procurement.
