Communications with federal public office holders regarding the development and implementation of federal immigration policies and programs as they relate to workforce stability and continuity of care in home and community settings. To advocate for health care services, specifically for indigenous communities, and to work collaboratively with the government to create innovative health solutions. Advocating for investment in training programs, paid tuition and/or paid training time to attract a stable and robust workforce to enter the home care sector as personal support and supportive care workers.
