RainGrid is concerned about Toronto's climate adaptation policy and programs pertaining to distributed wet weather flow infrastructure, specifically residential lot level stormwater storage, and the funding of the proposed stormwater utility.

I teach and research at University of Toronto and consult through Southern Harbour in infrastructure risk and resilience. I am therefore interested in understanding what the City is doing in this field and why, and the future direction.
