Working with BILD to assist in engaging city officials on how constant changes to planning policies and new studies are impacting the development industry. No specific policy will be discussed.

Economic policy dealing with holiday shopping hours. Financial and planning policy vacant land and parking levy tax.

Assisting with the development of 319 Jarvis Street.

Discussing any possible requirements to operate a new bike sharing program in Toronto, expanding the number of bikes on the streets, and what steps would be possible in merging Dropbike into Toronto's BikeShare program (or vice versa).
