Advocacy efforts to focus on proposed municipal revenue tools to be considered as part of Budget. These include: commercial parking space taxes or levies, development levies, and other commercial real estate related taxes, charges and fees.

Applications have been filed for technical zoning changes to 150 Symes Rd which is currently the subject to the former City of York and the existing city of Toronto by-laws. The OPA work relates to the MCR. There is a heritage building on the site.
