Advocating for the continuation of the development charge exemptions on commercial properties and working with staff on potential further amendments to the DC bylaw as applied to commercial property types.

Meetings, submissions and correspondence with staff from Economic Development and Culture relating to proposed legislative changes to ED30.6: Re-designing the Vacant Commercial and Industrial Tax Relief Program to Stimulate Economic Growth.
