Purpose Built-Rental: looking to amend or introduce policies related to purpose-built rental in order to increase levels of supply, and help make it easier to build this form of housing.

BUILDING PERMITS - Lobbying specifically related to building permit issuance, not application specific but city-wide policy related, and increasing levels of efficiency and decreasing the amount of time it takes to obtain various building permits.

Committee of Adjustment - BILD Renovator members will be advocating for changes to the CofA - specifically requesting a separate stream to address their minor variance applications.

INCLUSIONARY ZONING - Staff are proposing a policy on Inclusionary Zoning as a way to build more affordable units which will be addressed by PHC throughout the year and Council by the end of the year.

Transportation services governs parking permissions on roads, and BILD renovator members are encountering situations where they are seeking parking allowances for their trades vehicles where driveways for homes do not exist.
