Aquatic Invasive Species - update Schedule 2 of Federal Aquatic Invasive Species regulation under the Fisheries Act to reflect new and emerging threats. Chronic Wasting Disease - seeking a change to eliminate cervid (deer and elk) farms, seeking new restrictions on operations of these facilities in absence of a ban. Fish Habitat - address cumulative effects of small projects while implementing fees-in-lieu to support larger scale habitat restoration projects.
