The goal of these communications is to secure contracts with the federal government. Communicating with government officials about modernizing Canada's defence procurement process, including by cutting red tape, streamlining decisions, reducing delays, increasing competition and adopting innovative contractual/procurement models. Communicating with government officials about Canada's Defence Policy ("Our North, Strong and Free: A Renewed Vision for Canadas Defence"), including how the company's defence-related capabilities, solutions and services can help the federal government achieve its objectives thereunder.
