To engage with and advocate to the Government for the approval of new, fast, and effective approaches to delivering urgently needed defence-related infrastructure that supports the operational requirements of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), the Department of National Defence (DND), and Canadas broader national security objectives, with a particular focus on flexible, rapidly deployable projects on military installations, including the use of public-private partnership models where appropriate.
