Advocating to establish a fully funded youth homelessness prevention strategy and advocating for funding for programs, mechanisms, and projects for youth homelessness prevention Discussions with officials with regards to advancing youth homelessness prevention projects with the Government of Canada through funding programs such as Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS) and Youth Mental Health Fund.

CDI is seeking Federal funding to underwrite the costs of providing training, technical assistance, and support services needed to grow and sustain the network of organizations across Canada that deliver the Stop Now and Plan Program (SNAP®). In addition, CDI is seeking funding to monitor and report program outcomes at the site and network levels. CDI is offering consulting and technical assistance services to support the Federal government in successfully scaling programs using evidence-based implementation strategies.
