Rarement, nous faisons des représentations pour aider les associations de consommateurs au niveau de leur financement. Augmenter l'enveloppe du programme de contribution du Bureau de la consommation pour toutes les associations de consommateurs. Nous faisons déjà des demandes de subvention depuis 1998 à ce programmes. Lorsque le législateur fait un projet de loi, nous sommes interpellés ou nous réagissions afin de modifier ou proposer des amendements. Par exemple C27 (Projet de loi C-27 : une atteinte à l’accès à la justice des consommateurs), C56 (Projet de loi C-56 – Loi modifiant la Loi sur la taxe d’accise et la Loi sur la concurrence), ombudsman des services bancaires et d'investissement afin qu'il y ait un organismes etc... Dépôt de mémoires et discussions avec les élus et fonctionnaires. Défendre les consommateurs canadiens afin de s'assurer que les canadiens soient bien représentés et que leurs droits soient respectés.
