Canada Oceans Act: pertaining to regulations for prevention of pollution from ships and as it relates to pollution prevention in the Canada Shipping Act Workplace Health & Security Act – ensure cruise ships meet requirements of Health Canada Cruise Ship Inspection Program with regard to compliance.
