1Windward Fund has hired Miriam Zitner as its representative in Canada to speak with government representatives about how the ocean is governed (by Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Environment and Climate Change Canada, Transportation, etc) as Ministries consider how regulations *may* need to evolve to support the research and development required to explore the feasibility and desirability of ocean alkalinity enhancement, a form of marine carbon dioxide removal which is a promising climate solution.
