Nuclear Safety, Environmental & Liability Frameworks: Legislation and regulations governing the safety, licensing, operation and environmental oversight of nuclear facilities, including the Canadian Nuclear Safety and Control Act, the Nuclear Liability and Compensation Act, the Fisheries Act, the Species at Risk Act, and associated regulations.
