Obtaining recognition of constitutionally-protected environmental rights, including the codification of these rights through the proposed Canadian Environmental Bill of Rights; Implementing the Fisheries Act to better protect fish, fish habitat and water flows. Implementation of the Species at Risk Act in a manner that ensures protection of species-at-risk.
