Including: Customs Accounting and Revenue Management (CARM): Monitoring the development of the CARM program and potential impact on their supply chain. Valuation for Duty Regulations: Monitor and engage on the impact of regulations on SHEIN’s business. Monitor and engage on legislation about supply chain labour that has yet to be introduced and educate on the robust measures already in place to address concerns. Introduce SHEIN to public officeholders and educate them on its economic impact on Canada, including current operations, employees, and future plans.
