L’objectif est d’obtenir un support financier afin de compenser les importantes pertes liées à la décision politique d’imposer des sanctions à la Russie. Le programme n'est pas connu. De plus, les démarches visent à obtenir du soutien afin de diversifier les marchés pour STAS.
